Once we've received your device and everything is tested satisfactorily, we'll pay you on the same day straight into your bank account. If there are any problems, we'll contact you letting you know. We'll either provide you with a revised quote or inform you that we are returning the device back to you.

You can either pop to a Post Office and drop this off yourself using a printed label or QR code that we'll provide. You can also choose to have your device collected from the comfort of your home using our courier collection service. You can also request a postage return pack.
